Having kids gives meaning to lives, but this is not the only way to have a meaningful and wonderful life.
Becoming a mother is not a necessity, it's a choice, as is my decision.
I am redefining what is means to be a women.
My worth is not defined by my ability to bear children.
I can still be maternal and nurturing and not be a mother.
I am not a failure.
I am empowering, strong, fierce.
I am NORMAL.
My being motherless should not divide us as women but bring us closer and serve as a bridge to not only understanding but love for each other's individual paths.
I am an aunt, a Godmom, a friend, a sister, a daughter.
I am not a mother.
I am OK with this and you should be also.
